It is not weakness to admit you need help. It is a sign of great strength.

True. If you need help, get it. Having those thoughts does not make you a bad person any more than having a stroke makes you a bad person.

    started a topic just because

    just because

There isn't enough ways to say this. It often times takes ten to fifteen years on average to treat mental illness. And we sure can speculate all the reasons. But in light of a recent hospital stay of mine and as well as mental illness affecting so many friends and family please if you have thoughts of harming yourself or others or have issues or side effects with your medications impulsive thoughts anything. First for thoughts of harm and you don't think you can contract for safety call 911 or go to the emergency room. We want you alive.
Second for meds call your physician for severe effects drop in on urgent care the er wherever just please take care today not tomorrow. If you need to talk to someone or you feel desperate alone check either your county for a crisis line or please call
1800 273 8255 this is the national psych central hotline in the united states. BTW this is not open for any kind of debate trolling or flaming thanks this is a serious post for anyone to see who believes they need help.
