Wow. I admit to having a problem with picking up my smartphone and procrastinating, but I can still sit with nothing to do, or get lost in thought for awhile.

I can remember sitting and waiting more than an hour for my Mom to get off work with my Dad. I learned patience watching him - and I've never had trouble just being quiet for a while.

The article adds, “That difficulty is not limited to college students. The results still held when researchers repeated the experiments with a broader age group sampled from a church and a farmer's market.”
I wonder why the church folk were uncomfortable with their own thoughts.

                What a mess.
Micah 6:8 He has told you, O man, what is good; and what does the LORD require of you but to do justice, and to love kindness, and to walk humbly with your God?

I think it has to do with the constant mental hyper-stimulation they receive today from every corner of their day. Is it any wonder why ADD and ADHD are so over-diagnosed?
