Nah, they can't go from frozen to piping hot and still play host to breeding bacteria. The only time I cook my veggies first is when I'm using the "Steamfresh" type microwave bags of veggies - it helps to get the temperature of the other contents warm faster, and shortens cooking time.Originally posted by DesertBerean View Post
