Welcome to the Home Ec Section. Matters of the family sometimes bring joy and other times bring grief. But it is never trivial: Family matters! Feel free to discuss topics such as the sanctity of marriage; the awesome responsibility of raising children; the struggles of communication problems; the grief of losing a loved one; or anything else that relates to the home and family. However, due to the more personal nature of this section, I ask that you would be especially thoughtful of the readers' feelings.     Homemade ice cream

    So a good friend of mine tried making her own ice cream using the following video as a guideline.



    She said she substituted the sugar for brown sugar, and added some salt and vanilla, and it turned out good. Though I've never tried making homemade ice cream myself, if I were to try this recipe then I would just swap out the white chocolate for dark chocolate.

    A great uncle of mine had an old ice cream churner on his farm that us kids would take turns working in order to make ice cream for that evening. It was very tasty but not really smooth.

      ...and SNOW ice cream --- besides making sure not to use the yellow or brown snow, it became a tad undesirable when the superpowers were doing atmospheric atomic bomb testing.
      The first to state his case seems right until another comes and cross-examines him.
