  • So....Dentures.

My father is still at the convelescent hospital. So...well...his lower denture(s?) has disappeared.

They will of course be investigating but from what they tell me I think it's possible my father took it out and wrapped it in a napkin ... and it got tossed out or something.

I've checked a few websites but it's not clear how long it'll take to get the replacement done. Anybody know?

It depends on where he goes. Usually about two weeks.....He needs to get fitted etc. In the mean time order the NA's to clean his gums, erosion and decay is common.

He's finally had enough of a mouthful of plastic and given them the biff.

That theory has no teeth to it.

            "order"? How bout ask politely.
The first to state his case seems right until another comes and cross-examines him.

Welp....it may be up to a month. His dentist would have the mold on file for five years...so obviously they were more than five years ago. So a new mold is in order.

The social director tells me this does happen...The patient get absent minded and toss their teeth into the trash or do like what my dad might've done.

My father threw his new hearing aid down the toilet, then denied it. That's my theory of where they went because I searched for days and never found a trace.

At this point that'll be quite a trick because my father is not...up to using the toilet yet. But yeah....
