CDC Director: Loss of Unvaccinated Healthcare Workers Is a ‘Challenge’

Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Director Rochelle Walensky said COVID-19 vaccine mandates for healthcare workers will likely create staff shortages around the United States, coming as some hospital CEOs have issued warnings.

“We have seen that these vaccine mandates get more people vaccinated,” Walensky said during a “Good Morning America” appearance on Monday. “It absolutely creates a challenge. What I would say is [we need] to do some work … to understand where their hesitancy is so we can get them vaccinated and get them back to work,” she said.

In New York, Gov. Kathy Hochul said in a Saturday statement that she may direct the state’s National Guard to replace healthcare workers who resign or are terminated due to the state’s vaccine mandate. The governor also floated the idea of using out-of-state nurses, accredited healthcare workers from other countries, or tapping retired nurses who were vaccinated to replace them.

During her interview Monday, Walensky acknowledged that staff shortages “absolutely” create “a challenge” and didn’t offer a definitive plan to address the potential shortfall of healthcare workers.

“What I would say is [we need] to do some work, to educate these healthcare workers,” she added, “to meet them where they are, to understand where their hesitancy is so we can get them vaccinated and get them back to work.”

The deadline for New York state’s healthcare workers to receive the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) virus vaccine is Monday, Sept. 27. According to the governor’s office, about 16 percent of the state’s medical workers have not received the vaccine.

The same thing is going to happen here. There have been demonstrations recently involving health care workers and police and ambulance and fire members, against the mandates.

Maybe the hesitancy is mistrust of the way the vaccine has been brought out so quickly.

Maybe it's a mistrust of the whole bureaucracy that has mandated such things.

Maybe they are looking at, God forbid, actual science that shows that, although we were sold a bill of goods about the effectiveness of the vaccine, now the unvaccinated have to be vaccinated in order to protect the vaccinated, so hence the vaccine is not the bill of goods we were sold.

The reasons may be mind boggling. But whatever they are, it will be swept under the rug, and perhaps they can hire new workers from under the bridge in Texas.

When will they realize that trying to 'mandate' someone to do something will result in MORE resistance? If someone was reluctant before, once the government tries to force them to take the vaccine, they will just resist more. It just confirms their suspicions.

The real trick would be to limit vaccine access, like they are doing with the antibodies in Florida. Then everyone would want the vaccine and demand that Biden stop hoarding it.

The biggest elephant in the room is the spreading of COVID-19 by the unvaccinated expecially health care workers and contributing to evolution of more variants of COVID-19.

So places like NY plan on bringing in things like the National Guard to work in hospitals after their staffs are slashed as a result of folks quitting/retiring/getting fired, but the military is getting to face a massive manpower shortage themselves as a significant portion leave as a result of mandatory vaccinations.

I'm always still in trouble again

This is why the Biden team is so laser-focused on vaccinating all those illegals streaming across our Southern Border.

Vaccination of ALL is critical regardless of who or where. Unfortunately in the USA there are far too many simply refusing to be vaccinated with dire consequences, a pandemic of the unvaccinated.

Yet it would not be difficult at all to require a vaccination as part of the process of the Biden administration's screwed-up "processing" of the illegals they handle.

If it's important for EVERYBODY to get vaccinated, then why not those streaming across our border? It adds to the incredibly screwed-up 'messaging' of Biden and his handlers.

According to old Joe, illegals are exempt. As his Press Secretary claims:

Isn't it odd that you don't hear anything at all about them even offering on the spot vaccines to those that they're processing and releasing?

That, in and of itself, would be strong evidence that the Administration's push to vaccinate everybody is bogus.

                      Meanwhile, in my province:

                      https://www.jccf.ca/justice-centre-w...q8lv03Mgtr0KxA

CALGARY: The Justice Centre today expressed concerns over a September 27, 2021 letter to medical professionals issued by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta (CPSA). The letter states that the Council of the CPSA met on September 20, and has voted to require all physicians in the province to be fully vaccinated. Many Alberta physicians, however, are personally unable to provide informed consent to the experimental Covid shots in light of their knowledge of medical and scientific studies and the latest data.

Concerningly, the Statement from the CPSA also confirms that it will not tolerate dissenting views from physicians or their participation in public dialogue regarding the efficacy or safety of the Covid shots. The CPSA Statement claims that physicians who review the latest studies and data and express a different scientific opinion are spreading “misinformation.”

Dr. Eric Payne, Associate Professor of Pediatrics and Neurology at the University of Calgary, and pediatric neurocritical care physician at the Alberta Children’s Hospital, sent a September 14, 2021 letter to the CPSA, expressing his objecting to taking a “novel experimental mRNA therapy”, with “no long-term data.”
“The medical evidence demonstrates that the effectiveness of the mRNA vaccines has decreased significantly, they do not prevent SARS-CoV-2 transmission or symptomatic disease, and while evidence for protection against serious illness continues to exist in Calgary, that too is dissipating globally,” explained Dr. Payne.
“The College has not addressed or responded to any of the issues or information raised by Dr. Payne in his public letter,” notes Jonathan Fernandes, Justice Centre staff lawyer.

“Doctors have Charter rights, as do patients. Government and regulatory coercion to take experimental medical treatments is always a red flag,” continues Mr. Ferrnandes.

“With the worsening shortage of doctors and nurses globally, regulatory bodies need to take care that they do not push out qualified and dedicated staff through their heavy-handed and intolerant policies,” notes Mr. Fernandes.

“We condemn the implied threat of the CPSA against those Alberta physicians who, in light of their review of the scientific research and data, cannot at this time give their personal informed consent to receive these shots,” continues Mr. Fernandes.
Emerging evidence continues to call into question the efficacy of these shots. On July 30, 2021, the director of the CDC, Rochelle Walensky confirmed that “Delta infection resulted in similarly high SARSCoV-2 viral loads in vaccinated and unvaccinated people. High viral loads suggest an increased risk of transmission and raised concern that, unlike with other variants, vaccinated people infected with Delta can transmit the virus.”

On August 6, 2021, CDC Director Dr. Walensky stated on CNN that the vaccines are working but that what they can’t “do is prevent transmission”.

On August 19, 2021, the CDC noted individuals were experiencing “reduced protection against mild and moderate disease”.

On July 23, 2021, Israel’s Health Ministry indicated that a complete course of the Pfizer/BioNTech mRNA vaccine was just 39% effective at preventing infections and 41% effective at preventing symptomatic illness with the Delta variant. By August 16, 2021, and despite having 78% of those 12 and older fully vaccinated, 59% of gravely ill patients in Israel were fully vaccinated (28).

Further, a new peer-reviewed paper in the well-respected Toxicology journal found that “there are five times the number of deaths attributable to each inoculation vs those attributable to COVID-19 in the most vulnerable 65+ demographic. The risk of death from COVID-19 decreases drastically as age decreases, and the longer-term effects of the inoculations on lower age groups will increase their risk-benefit ratio, perhaps substantially.”

The elephant in the room remains the millions of USA citizens that refuse ro be vaccinated. As far those 'streaming across the border.' yes they need also be vaccinated if possible. I would not want to allow the vaccines to expire, because millions refuse to be vaccinated in the USA

So the only reason shuny would vaccinate the illegals is so the vaccines that might expire might go in the trash.

                          Got it.
