A Holstein and a Jersey are both cows but a single cow cannot be both breeds. It can be a hybrid but not truly fully Holstein and fully Jersey simultaneously.

At the risk of repeating myself, angkole-watusi is a sub-breed of sanga cattle. sanga is an umbrella term for several sub-breeds, one of which is angkole-watusi.
