Glory Seed Guidelines

Notice – The ministries featured in this section of TheologyWeb are guests of this site and in some cases not bargaining for the rough and tumble world of debate forums, though sometimes they are. Additionally, this area is frequented and highlighted for guests who also very often are not acclimated to debate fora. As such, the rules of conduct here will be more strict than in the general forum. This will be something within the discretion of the Moderators and the Ministry Representative, but we simply ask that you conduct yourselves in a manner considerate of the fact that these ministries are our invited guests. You can always feel free to start a related thread in general forum without such extra restrictions. Thank you.

These daily devotionals are brought to you by Gary Piper, a writer with our Sister Site, Natural Spirit Ministries. TheologyWeb encourages you to visit and support their site.... they have many informative articles which can be discussed right here. If you enjoy Gary Piper's devotionals, please send him an encouraging note or post. We are very appreciative of our partnership with Natural Spirit Ministries and look forward to many more co-ventures.

    Glory Seed Devotional, 05/15/2015

Glory Seed Devotionals, 2015: Year of Promise
    Jesus as a Master Chef…

“A dry crust of bread eaten in peace and quiet is better than a feast eaten where everyone argues.” (Proverbs 17:1, CEV)

What is on your “plate” isn’t as important as who your chef is!

There’s a restaurant down the street from us where you pick out the food you want and then the chef takes the raw uneatable, indigestible, unpalatable food and turns it in to a wonderful, healthy, tasty meal.

There are times when life puts some pretty nasty food on our plate. Such as financial hardships, various forms of abuse, family conflicts, health problems, broken relationships, death, and loss of employment. Yet when presented to Jesus cooks them from raw uneatable, indigestible, unpalatable experiences to blessings of delicious, mouthwatering, appetizing, scrumptious, and palatable blessings of peace you’ve ever feasted on.

Jesus is not a short order cook, the food he prepares is in for the long haul! Nor is Jesus a fast food cook the food he prepares is set to the Father’s Timer not ours.

Hungry? Then step into Jesus’ Celestial Gourmet Buffet. He’s waiting.

    Believe! Anticipate! Experience! Be transformed!
    Grace and PEACE, Amen!
    Gary

The LORD gives strength to those who are weary… But those who trust the LORD will find new strength…” (Isaiah 40:29, 31 CEV)
