Glory Seed Guidelines

Notice – The ministries featured in this section of TheologyWeb are guests of this site and in some cases not bargaining for the rough and tumble world of debate forums, though sometimes they are. Additionally, this area is frequented and highlighted for guests who also very often are not acclimated to debate fora. As such, the rules of conduct here will be more strict than in the general forum. This will be something within the discretion of the Moderators and the Ministry Representative, but we simply ask that you conduct yourselves in a manner considerate of the fact that these ministries are our invited guests. You can always feel free to start a related thread in general forum without such extra restrictions. Thank you.

These daily devotionals are brought to you by Gary Piper, a writer with our Sister Site, Natural Spirit Ministries. TheologyWeb encourages you to visit and support their site.... they have many informative articles which can be discussed right here. If you enjoy Gary Piper's devotionals, please send him an encouraging note or post. We are very appreciative of our partnership with Natural Spirit Ministries and look forward to many more co-ventures.

Glory Seed Devotional’s 2018 Experiencing Jesus, the Prelude to Life
    Jesus is all you need!
    Shalom!

"I know about your suffering and your poverty—but you are rich! I know the blasphemy of those opposing you. They say they are Jews, but they are not, because their synagogue belongs to Satan.” (Revelation 2:9, emphasis mine)

Do you ever talk to yourself? I do, and I am not afraid to admit it either because there are times when I’m the only one who has the answer I want. My philophsy skip all the “little guys” and go straight to the one who knows! Anyway, last night I found myself in a conversation with myself it went like this.

    Me1… Wanna be rich?
    Me2… Nope!
Me1… You don’t want to be rich?
    Me2… Nope!
Me1… Why wouldn’t you want to be rich?
    Me2… Cause!
Me1… Because why, tell me why!
    Me2… Cause!
Me1… Look fella you gonna tell me or not?
    Me2… Am rich.
    Me1… You’re rich, I don’t believe it!
Me2… Got Jesus in my heart so I got everything I’ll ever need therefore I am rich!
Me1… Jesus makes you rich? Get real, man you can’t pay your bills with Jesus!
Me2… Nope! But you can’t your take money and all that fancy stuff to heaven either!

The conversation ended at that point. I smiled to myself, walked back to my computer and wrote this Glory Seed! End of conversation!

“Jesus looked around and said to His disciples, "How hard it is for the rich to enter the Kingdom of God!" This amazed them. But Jesus said again, "Dear children, it is very hard to enter the Kingdom of God. In fact, it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich person to enter the Kingdom of God!" (Mark 10:23-25)

“Jesus told him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life…” (John 14:6)

    Grace and PEACE,
    Gary
