Have you ever gone into a "don't mes with my kid" mode? Doesn't have to be your actual child, it could be any child you were responsible for.

Yes, I also had to tell one of my daughters friends to change her shorts and put on long pants as I was picking her up to go to somewhere, it was too cold and her mom wasn't home. I'd appreciate that being done for my children as well
