IDK, I usually read post bits before I say he or she.

My username isn't very gender specific, but from the beginning people on TWeb have confused my sex.

But it isn't just here. LOL... I confused people on two other completely different websites under a different username. There, though, I didn't have to specify my gender.

I wouldn't worry as it probably says more about the presumptions of the reader. I think we can get a general feel for posters but it is definitely not 100% sure. I also sometimes get mixed up as a male poster and I think in my case it is because I tend to post in an unemotive kind of way. I think this was initially a response to people accusing Christians of not following the evidence and just going for emotional arguments etc. I then started trying to formulate my posts in a way that was just the bones of what I thought.
