  • Two things. One good and one a desire for prayer and encouragement

So I said I wanted to volunteer and that I am looking for a job. I do not yet have a job, but I told the people at the church I go to that I am interested in volunteering. They told me to go to a couple little seminars that will happen in October. They will go over the gospel and different things the church does for outreach and stuff. I must admit it is a little exciting.

As far as prayer and encouragement goes I sometimes get anxious and lonely which triggers much worse temptations. Thankfully those temptations are being stifled, but it never hurts to pray with fellow believers.

I dont know what all is happening in your lives, but I love you. God loves you.

Accountability is a HUGE thing, brother.

It's like if you decided to start jogging (I don't know why people do that - I can shoot really well so I don't have to run) it's really best to have a partner.

If you get up at 5:30 to go running, and it's drizzling, and you know there's nobody out there waiting to run with you, the temptation is to hit "snooze" on the alarm clock and go back to bed.

On the other hand, if you have a partner...
"Neighbor, how long has it been since you’ve had a big, thick, steaming bowl of Wolf Brand Chili?”

Fair enough. I must be honest I have some of that and it helps quite a bit.

In other news dragon quest 11 is ridiculously fun.
