Yes I am still alive and kicking. Thank you for the prayers! I was telling them I was doing better with the trach blocked off so I could breathe and talk normally but they were cautious and wanted to take several days to make sure before removing the trach tube. But while exercising in the rehab gym the tube worked it’s way out and they were unable to get it back in so they left it out and I saved a few days in the hospital and was discharged early!


I am going home this Sunday and will try to get on Tweb then - I am posting this from my phone and it’s a pain in the rear.

Good to hear that Sparko is recovering. This place has been quiet without him.

I had a little chat with Sparky last evening. Aside from a cold, he seems to be doing ok. He didn't actually say how he was other than the cold, so I'm assuming here.

He plans on going home next week, so that's a good sign.

AND he's sprung from the hospital and staying with his brother (and Jake) for a while.

So he was in a 'sanctuary hospital' which let him sneak out the back door even though agents of the Royal Navy had a warrant for him and were waiting outside to take him into custody.
