I first saw rogue06's avatar as a copy of Gond's, checked the thread to see what was going on, and came back to New Topics to see this.
It means the site hasn't refreshed it's cash yet. It likely means that the cache says that rogue was the last poster but the thread's actual last post is by Cow Poke. This is also why when you sometimes look at your subscriptions it shows some that are not bolded, as if they were already read but also are still showing up in your unread subscriptions list. This has been going on since we first upgraded. Took you long enough to notice.

I don't know how to force the site to refresh more often and clear the cache. If I notice the site is messed up like this, I will usually go into the admin panel, then under maintenence I will "clear system cache"

This has been going on intermittently for at least few months now and I've just gotten used to it.
Same reason, the system cache hasn't refreshed. I think it does it every 15 minutes or so. But when I notice it, I usually manually clear it out.

I noticed that a long time ago - just didn't say anything. It's weird though that it only happens to one thread at a time - and not necessarily the top thread. It also takes much longer than 15 minutes to show correctly.

It can take up to a day

                • Has there been an upgrade recently? For the past week, Tweb has been relatively slow to load or refresh on my Chrome browser.

I've also noticed the same with Edge. Firefox seems to load Tweb normally.

No updates. Raphael is trying to fix some data base errors we have been getting, so that might slow down things sometimes while he is working. But generally I find firefox to be the better browser. Both Chrome and Edge are based on Chromium and that is a resource hog. If you have a lot of tabs open or other programs running, it can get kind of slow.
